Briana Wood August 15, 2009 at 4:31 pm: I need to have paternity established on my son so he can have his father’s last name and to be able to draw his social security benefits, but my fiance’ died April 26, 2009 and my son was born July 23, 2009. I was made to give our son my last name because his father was unavailable to sign due to being deceased.
